Happy ya’ll! I hope you had an amazing weekend!
I know typically, Monday’s have a negative stigma to it because it’s the day that most people have to go back to work after being off on the weekend. So today, I want to talk about how to have the best week ever, so you can have an amazing Monday and a great rest of the week! And I’m not telling you to do these things just for the sake of it. I do these too!
HOW TO HAVE THE BEST WEEK EVER
*Pray, Confess & Meditate
This will absolutely set the tone for your week. When you pray, confess and meditate, you not only invite God in so He can direct your week, but you get clear and focused.
*Plan & Prep
Be sure to plan and prep for your week. Planning and prepping includes activities like: writing out your to-do lists for the week and gathering items you need for the week. It’s basically getting a game plan for your week.
*Have Self-Care Time
After you have planned and prepped, don’t forget to add time in your schedule for yourself. This can include: sleep, reading, manicure/pedicure, watching rom coms, reality show, movies, shows, and whatever else.
*Schedule & Calendar
You will want to schedule out everything that you will like to accomplish for the week on your calendar, so that you’ll be able to see it in front of you. Whether it’s your calendar on your phone or an actual physical calendar, this will help you see what you have going on for the week.
*Execute
Can you say ACTION?! You just don’t want to talk about it, but do it. You say you want a productive week right? Well actually execute and do the things you already know to do that will help you start your week off right.
*Repeat Same Steps For Each Week
Now that you got a system in place, repeat these steps each week. With some discipline and consistency with this, you’ll be amazed at what you can do and what you can accomplish!
