Hey ya’ll! We are already halfway through the month of July, so you know that means moms, that school is just right around the corner!
It seems like summer went by super fast. I know you as a busy mom probably had a lot going on…between working, being with the kids, taking them to camp, having some family time, vacationing, and maybe you feel like you weren’t able to do as many summer activities with the family as you thought you would.
Well, no worries! I know how life can get, so I have listed below 5 Last Minute Things To Do This Summer.
5 LAST MINUTE THINGS TO DO THIS SUMMER
1 – Go to the Movies (or even watch movies at home)
There has been several movies that have come out this summer. My family loves them, so we stay at the movie theater. Let’s see, so far this summer, these have been the summer movie releases for the family: Chip ‘N Dale Rescue Rangers, Lightyear, Minions: Rise of Gru, The Sea Beast, Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank, Zombies 3, DC League of Super-Pets .
2 – Water Activities
It’s pretty warm everywhere, so water activities are always fun! I’m in Florida, so there’s plenty of water activities to choose from such as: pools, beaches, splash pads, and water parks.
3 – Family Game Day/Night
Gather all of your favorite board games and have fun with the whole fam. Some of our favorite family game activities are playing Charades and also playing the online game KaHoot.
4 – Theme Park
I am a lover of theme parks and so is my family, so this will always be one of our activities! You can’t go wrong with a fun day at a theme park! We love to go to both the Disney and Universal theme parks in Florida!
5 – Vacay/Stacay
Whether you stay local or go out of state, traveling with the family can be so fun and so many memories can be created!
Remember, it’s not too late, so go ahead and do some of these activities before it’s back to school time!
