Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend celebrating all of the amazing dads and fathers!
You know from time to time, I love to give you some Mom confessions for you to say daily. If you are new here and don’t know what confessions are, no worries, I gotcha!
A confession is statement/declaration that you are wanting to manifest in your life. It must be personal, present tense, and persistently spoken (got this alliteration from my Pastor, Pastor Patrick Ligon).
Now, go ahead and say these confessions out loud.

◦ I am effective and efficient
◦ I am BOLD
◦ I operate in Excellence
◦ I am a woman of integrity
◦ I drink my water daily
◦ I am God’s favorite
◦I have the peace of God
◦ My self-care is a priority
◦ I live a healthy, wealthy lifestyle
