Hey Moms! I hope you all had a great weekend!  On last week’s blog, I talked about 5 things that are preventing you from being an effective busy mom. Well, for this week, I wanted to focus on the overwhelmed busy mom.

First off, you may be saying, “how do I even know I’m overwhelmed?” No worries, I got ya.  Here are some symptoms that will tell if you are overwhelmed.

-Heart racing

-Feeling physically ill or fatigued

-You find it difficult to concentrate and focus

-You have trouble sleeping

-You tend to make more mistakes

When you are overwhelmed as a busy mom, you won’t be an effective one in your daily life. And moms, I want you to be effective in every area of your life.

HACK FOR THE OVERWHELMED BUSY MOM

So one hack for the overwhelmed busy mom ——– Be intentional in setting up processes and systems in place that will leave you no longer overwhelmed. You may ask, “well, what does this look like?”

This can be you creating a weekly or monthly meal planner for your home or a family schedule which shows everyone’s activities and appointments for the whole week/month, or even just simply writing out all that you need to do for the week. Whatever it is for you, get it done!
